I think out of all of the fast food joints there are Subway probably does have the leanest menu. I'm not saying this because Jared lost all his weight there; I'm saying this because of my own observations. At Subway you can a wrap made with chicken breast - and not the lunch meat variety, a real chicken breast - and add healthy veggies to it. If you add just a little ranch dressing to the sandwich, you will less calories, stay within your limits or close to them, and enjoy a great sandwich. If you have to eat at a fast food chain, eat something like this to minimize the effects.February 20th, 2009 at 12:14 pm
