Sex Talk with Your Kids: that 1st Conversation
Sexuality is a major portion of the human existence and, as we know is more involved than just the act itself. Sex relates to how we act socially, both with same and opposite gender individuals. It is therefore incredibly important that you have that first conversation about sex with your children.
Discussing sex with your kids will not only clarify the information they need, but also dispel some of the myths, legends and just wrong information. Discussing sex in an open manner is paramount. Part of the discussion should include the basics on intercourse, STD’s, and any moral lessons you want to teach. The other portion of your discussion should include the manner in which we, as humans present ourselves both by actions and clothes, and the sexual messages they may be sending. This will assist your kids in making choices and living healthier lives.
