3) Take a warm bath. This is simple, enjoyable, and it will stimulate the flow of blood to your extremities. What can be better!

5) Compression socks. 6) Lift your legs above the heart level. You should do this for at least 10 minutes several times a day, preferably. You can rest them on something, like the back of a sofa. Doing this aids the body with pumping more blood out of your legs. It is easier for the body to do so in this position, as it is not working against gravity.

7) If you fly on airplanes, the sitting position for several hours may hinder circulation in the legs. You should get up to walk around the aisles and shake your legs around to boost circulation. If you are stuck in your seat, you can gently lift one leg at a time and rotate your feet, first in one direction and then another.

8) Try supplements like Gingko Bilboa, Hawthorn, and Cayenne. These have been shown in various medical studies to improve leg circulation, as well as general circulation, by allowing the blood to flow more freely
